Welcome to the new Killer Filter website:  After much work we created a custom website, fully secure, fully functional for our customers to track their order history, print invoices and sales orders as well as generate PO's online in their secure dashboard.

On top of that the search is lightning fast with over 700,000 pdoducts to find the right filter for the right application.

Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship anything in stock within 24 hours from the time of order.  If a rush is required we can get it out that day on all stock items.  Rush orders after 12:00 PM EST are subject to a 25 dollar handling fee.  The reason for this is that we offer high quality service to all our customers, so we process in the order that they arrive.  We are busy making sure your products ship in a timely fashion, so our overtime is spent on orders needing to ship red the same day.  In some cases we are able to waive this fee, just talk to us and we will do our very best.  
Privacy & Security
We take your privacy very seriously.  We never share your information with anyone...EVER.  Any email address we have on file will never be used without your permission, and we will never share with any third party for any reason whatsoever.
Returns & Replacements

Killer Filter guarantees that all products will meet all OEM specifications in fit, form, and function. We will provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) upon customer request. If you do find for one reason or another that you need to return the product, please follow the specific guidelines provided below.

Before returning any product, please first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Killer Filter. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RGA. Please have all important details of the order available when calling for an RGA.

Damaged goods must be identified upon receipt of goods so that proper claims can be made with the freight carrier. All freight / ground damage claims are to be made by customer or receiver of the goods. Failure to immediately notify the freight carrier of the damage could result in the refusal of the claim. Please retain all bar codes and labels and original packaging to facilitate any claim that need be filed. We will assist the customer with any necessary documentation.

If an item is found defective or shipped incorrectly, Killer Filter will return the item at no cost to the buyer. Returns for any other reason are subject to a 25% Restock fee and shipping paid by customer.

Certain products are special order and are not returnable. If you have a question whether or not your product is special order, please contact us before purchasing.

Any product returned must be returned within 30 days of purchase. RGA’s will not be issued on filters or parts that are not returned within this time period.

We accept nearly any form of order and can accept payment with nearly any method available on the market.  Simply give us a call if you require any specific order styling.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are subject to change at any time, prices will not change after payment is received on any item.  We will offer promotions from time to time on some of our products and special pricing may apply.
Viewing Orders
Now our customer can view all their purchase history online.  Simply login to your account and print off or view all previous order history.
Updating Account Information
You can add as many shipping locations as required.  You may also login and update account information at anty time.  The only items inside your account aht are not editable are past shipping addresses, and past order history.
